Club Wyndham South Pacific strives to provide a memorable experience to all owners and guests while ensuring everyone enjoys a safe, secure, and welcoming experience that is aligned with the Club’s values. We embrace diversity and inclusion and will always strive to foster an environment of mutual respect among our owners and our employees.

The Club expects employees and owners to conduct themselves in a way which aligns to the principles of diversity and inclusion but also with respect for each other. The Club’s Guidelines & Regulations set out the terms of use of Club property and benefits, but also govern the conduct and behaviour of owners and their guests towards employees and other owners.

We have summarised the expectations of the behaviour of owners and their guests towards employees and other owners below:

  • To treat everyone with courtesy and respect, and conduct yourself in a manner that doesn’t harm another person’s holiday experience.
  • Everyone should feel welcome and accepted – regardless of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, age, mental or physical disability, medical condition or sexual orientation.
  • To refrain from using verbal and/or written language that is abusive or offensive toward anyone ─ including guests, staff, or others ─ in any situation. In addition, the use of profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior is not permitted.
  • Club owners are responsible for their guests’ conduct (even when not travelling together).
  • To follow posted rules, including health and safety protocols, when using amenities, including pools, spas, fitness centres, or other resort facilities.
  • Property facilities are for the use of everyone staying unless otherwise identified by Club or resort management.

This summary is not all-inclusive, and there may be conduct issues that it does not explicitly address. The Guidelines & Regulations are subject to change and are always available on your Club website here.

Failure to comply with the Guidelines & Regulations may result in restricted Club or benefit access or even suspension or termination of ownership.
