“When we first joined in 2003, we purchased the minimum number of credits and were sceptical about how beneficial this Holiday Club, then known as TrendWest could be. From our first night at Port Stephens, we recognised the quality of the apartments and little by little, we explored the different locations, always going to presentations in order to understand the benefits more and little by little adding more credits. We have had the best family holidays, taking children and grandchildren to Kirra Beach, Port Douglas, Dunsborough, Philip Island and Fiji. We decided this was better than owning a holiday home as we get to go to so many different destinations and while we pay for property maintenance in our annual levies, we don’t actually have to do any maintenance or cleaning. We are now planning to head to the snow at Dinner Plain next winter. We’re thrilled with our tentative decision that we signed up and can’t believe we get back our credits every year and can always borrow from next year if we don’t get enough. We love the worldwide access we can get with RCI and all the benefits of Wyndham Rewards. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and make holidays feel like we’re part of a large extended family of holiday lovers. And we’re looking forward to trying the penthouse at Airlie Beach in a few months. We feel privileged to be Club Wyndham owners and look forward to many more years of family holidays, holidays with friends plus times just for us two in destinations in Australia and across the world.”

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
