Welcome Calls
As a new Club Wyndham South Pacific owner, you have a lot to learn about how to make the most of your Club. Your personalised welcome call will assist you to navigate your new Club by teaching you how to get the most out of your annual Vacation Credits, educating you on the booking guidelines and taking you step by step through your Club Wyndham website and self-booking portal. Your Owner Education consultant will provide you with all the information you require, and answer any questions you have along the way to get you ready to enjoy your new owner journey.
One-on-One Personalised Calls
Do you need personalised answers to your specific questions? One-on-one sessions are for you! You are in the driver’s seat – you can select a time and topics, and one of our Owner Education Consultants will contact you. We can cover Bonus Time, Fun Time, Guidelines and Regulations, RCI, Wyndham Rewards, Developer exchanges and much more.
One-on-One Virtual Learning Sessions
We are delighted to introduce an innovative and interactive way to connect with your Club Education team – virtual sessions via Zoom. These include the flexibility of the credit system, the 52 beautiful club resorts, the spacious, self-contained apartments suitable for growing families or spacious getaways for couples, and the thousands of deals and offers available through the optional Lifestyle by Wyndham program. Club Wyndham South Pacific is a vacation club with close to 60,000 owners and 52 beautiful resorts in 10 countries. As an owner, you receive a credit allotment every year for the life of the club and these credits are a currency you can use to book your holidays at club properties. The credits you use depend upon the property, room type and season you choose. You can save last year’s credits or borrow next year’s credits and you even have the flexibility to give your bookings to family and friends. In most sessions, an information booklet is shared with all the attendees the day after Group Webinars. This booklet will include the topics covered and can be a helpful reference if you need information at any time.
