• This offer is only available to referrals of Lifestyle by Wyndham 100 Club members.
• This offer is only available and made by the Developer to a person(s) who meet the following criteria:
  • Must be of a different household to the Lifestyle by Wyndham 100 Club member and not an immediate family member
  • Must be between 25 – 72 years of age
  • Must have a household earning of >AU $75,000 per annum
  • Must be an Australian, New Zealand or Fiji resident

• All reservations must be made via the Discovery by Wyndham team via telephone AU 1300 306 023 or NZ 0800 306 026.
• All accommodation must be completed within 13 months from the date of issue.
• All reservations are subject to availability and the Club Wyndham South Pacific Guidelines and Regulations which can be viewed at https://clubwyndhamsp.com/disclosure.
• A reservation is not confirmed until email confirmation is issued.
• The Holiday Certificate may be split between different apartments however, a housekeeping token will apply for each reservation.
• If additional one time use Credits are required to complete a reservation, these can be purchased at the cost of AU$0.19 per credit. If additional housekeeping tokens are required, they can be purchased at the cost of the relevant apartment type housekeeping fee.
• A copy of the reservation confirmation and photo identification of the Holiday Certificate holder must be presented upon check-in.
• Holiday Certificates are limited to accommodation only. Any airfares, transfers, taxes, service charges, meals, spending money and other expenses relating to the reservation are not included and are at the cost of the Holiday Certificate holder.
• When staying at accommodation reserved with the Holiday Certificate, the recipient must travel with their spouse or de facto partner (if applicable).
• Holiday Certificate holders assume responsibility for any expenses charged to the room during their stay or any damages (other than normal wear and tear) or loss of furnishings in the apartment during their reservation. A credit card will be required to be presented upon check-in to secure a security deposit.
• The Holiday Certificate cannot be sold or transferred, gifted or used by anyone other than the recipient. It is not redeemable for cash or replaceable if lost or stolen.
• Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd and its related entities accept no responsibility or liability for any damages, expenses or inconveniences due to loss, injury or damage to any person or property for any cause whatsoever, as a result of accepting or use of this certificate.
