Resort Update – 18 September

September 18, 2020 | Latest Announcements

This afternoon, our teams at your regional Victorian resorts were extremely excited to re-open and welcome owners back once more.

Under the Victorian Government’s easing of restrictions in regional parts of Victoria, the following resorts have been re-opened:

  • Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island
  • Club Wyndham Lakes Entrance
  • Club Wyndham Torquay
  • Club Wyndham Ballarat
  • Club Wyndham Dinner Plain
Given that the easing of restrictions was unexpected, there is plenty of availability at all five resorts. This represents an excellent opportunity for owners living in regional Victoria to secure a family break during school holidays or a long weekend away to coincide with the upcoming public holidays.

The below table provides an indication of the occupancy at each of these resorts during the school and public holidays. It is designed as an availability snapshot. This is a guideline only and will change as owners make bookings. For live availability, log in with your owner number at clubwyndhamsp.com.

We have been experiencing some technical issues with the four month calendar online, so we recommend using that calendar to peruse availability, then going back to the main screen and using the standard search option to key in the dates. We apologise for these issues and assure you that our team is working to find and fix the cause.

If you have any different technical difficulties, please call our Owner Services team to make your reservation from 8.30am to 4.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) tomorrow.

You can contact our team in the following ways:

AU: 1300 850 160
NZ: 0800 850 160
FJ: 00 800 32 63
Intl: +61 7 5512 8021

At this stage, Club Wyndham Melbourne remains closed. While it is slated for re-opening on October 26, this is subject to Victorian Government restrictions.

We look forward to welcoming owners from regional Victoria back to their local resorts.
