Resort Update – 18 January 2022

Thank you for your patience recently while our teams have faced service challenges created by the spread of COVID-19 and mandatory isolation requirements.

 

I am pleased to inform you that temporary restrictions on new bookings at the club’s Australian properties in January have now been lifted at a majority of the affected resorts.

 

The properties where those restrictions still exist are as follows:

  • Club Wyndham Kirra Beach (until 20 January)
  • Club Wyndham Melbourne (until 23 January)
  • Club Wyndham Ballarat (until 23 January)
  • Club Wyndham Cairns (until 26 January)
  • Club Wyndham Port Douglas (until 26 January)
  • Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour (until 31 January)
  • Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour Terraces (until 31 January)
  • Club Wyndham Dinner Plain (until 31 January)
  • Club Wyndham Phillip Island (until 31 January)
  • Club Wyndham Perth (until 31 January)
  • Club Wyndham Lakes Entrance (until 31 January)

 

Our Owner Services team continues to deal with challenges as a result of COVID-19 cases and we would continue to suggest you only call the team if the matter is urgent or can only be finalised through Owner Services. Our team is doing everything possible to meet these challenges but it does need your understanding at this time.
