What a difference a year makes! This time last year, all Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts had either closed or were in the process of closing as COVID-19 began to emerge.

Now, Australia and New Zealand are set for a travel bubble in a few days’ time which will allow quarantine-free travel between both countries. We hope that this will be the start of greater possibilities for travel.

New Inventory Added at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach
Four new villas at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach have been added to the club, in the following apartment types:

  • Two x 2-bedroom Deluxe Garden
  • Two x 3-bedroom Grand Garden

The introduction of these villas will satisfy a large number of submitted Waitlists and give other club owners the opportunity to book accommodation at Port Macquarie.

OVERSEAS CANCELLATIONS
Club Wyndham Denarau Island, Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali and all European properties will be closed during May. Owner Services will cancel the reservations in the coming days and if this affects you, your credits will be returned to your account or, if they have expired, a voucher will be issued within 14 days for future use.

Properties in Thailand, Hawaii and Japan are open and can be used by locally based owners. Owners with reservations who are not based locally will be given the option to cancel. If that cancellation applies to you, please confirm the cancellation using the message that you will be sent. Reservations made after January 25, 2021 will be subject to the standard guidelines while stays booked earlier can be cancelled seven days prior to check-in. If those conditions are met, the Owner Services team will return your credits to your account or, if they have expired, issue a voucher within 14 days for future use.

Please note that it is each owner’s responsibility to ensure that a booking is cancelled. If you do not receive a text message or a cancellation confirmation email, your reservation remains confirmed.

The Owner Services team has returned to standard operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am to 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Saturday: 8.30am to 4.30pm AEST
Sunday: 8.30am to 4.30pm AEST

Thank you for your patience while we reduced the operating hours in order to adequately train new team members.
