After the emergence of new community cases in New Zealand, the national government has announced an escalation to level three restrictions in Auckland.

The new restrictions in Auckland mean that residents are not permitted to travel for leisure purposes. Owner Services are therefore sending messages to owners from Auckland who have reservations with check-in dates on February 15 to 17, inviting them to cancel.

If this applies to you, please confirm the cancellation using the message that the Owner Services team will send you and the team will return your credits to your account or, if they have expired, issue a voucher within 14 days for future use.

Our COVID-19 team is closely monitoring the situation along with the lockdown in Victoria, and will continue to adjust the COVID-19 cancellation policy as required, in line with health advice and government restrictions and issue updates as required.

Please note that it is each owner’s responsibility to ensure a booking is cancelled. Unless a resort is actually closed, we will not process a cancellation without confirmation from the owner.

If you do not receive a text message, your reservation remains confirmed.
