What is the fee for this change?
There is no charge for this change

What is needed to make this change?
If an existing owner remains on the account, we only require a certified copy of the Death Certificate

If all owners are deceased, we require certified copies of the Death Certificate/s, a certified copy of the Will appointing an executor/s and certified identification (Photo Identification) for the executor/s

Is a financial assessment required?
If there is finance owing on the ownership, yes.

In the event of adding an owner/s, this new owner/s will now bear financial responsibility. In compliance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, and under our Australian Credit License, we need to ensure that the finance agreement is not unsuitable for the borrower.

Does this change affect Lifestyle by Wyndham eligibility?
No, it does not. Lifestyle Qualified Credits remain on the account.

How long will this take?
Removing an owner will generally be completed within seven business days of all documentation being received.
