**The pools and facilities at Horizons Golf Resort, are privately owned by the golf club and are not available for use by owners or guests. Owners and guests staying at Club Wyndham Port Stephens are able to enjoy the facilities, including the pool at  Club Wyndham Shoal Bay. Please contact Club Wyndham Shoal Bay on 024984-8100 or visit Reception to arrange your day pass and resort map. Pool towels are also available from the Reception Desk.**

**Ross River Virus Warning June/July 2020: Health authorities have reported elevated Ross River virus activity in 2020 across New South Wales & Queensland Australia. Taking extra precautions against mosquito bites is recommended.**

**EXTERNAL PAINTING: We have been advised that Port Stephens will be undertaking an external painting program. Works are expected to commence early March 2020, with an estimated completion date of August 2020 (weather permitting). There will be increased activity around the resort and some noise may be experienced due to the use of power tools and mechanical equipment. Access to balconies may be required at times. General hours of work 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Resort Management will advise of any further impact closer to your arrival date.**

**This Property now offers Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in The Club House. Breakfast from 9.00am to 11.30am and Lunch from 11.30am to 3.00pm daily. Dinner Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Bookings are essential for dinner. Please call 0401087001 to make your booking. Happy Hour 4.00pm to 6.00pm Tuesday & Thursday**

  • Mobile Manager: Our mobile Manager is available to assist with check-in, as there is no Reception Office available. Contact number  is 0437 224 216. You will receive a call a few days prior to arrival to arrange key pick up. Please ensure your mobile contact number has been noted in your booking.
  • Limited cot hire available. Please request at time of booking and check availability with Mobile Manager 48 hours prior to check-in.
  • There are no wheelchair specific apartments. Some rooms may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
  • The 18 Hole Golf Course is fully functioning. Charges apply for Golf. It is advisable to book in advance. Please call (02) 4982-0474 to make a booking. Wyndham guests receive a discount on Golf. Room key must be produced for discount to be applied.  For bookings please call +612 4982 0474.
  • Foot Golf is now available from 3.30pm daily. For information and to book, please visit
  • There is no Internet or Cable television available.
  • Please note there will be no Reception or Housekeeping Services available on Christmas Day. Manager will be available for emergencies only.
  • To make the most of your stay at Club Wyndham Port Stephens a car is recommended. Contact Travel Club by Wyndham for competitive rates on car hire.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at any Club Wyndham, Ramada by Wyndham or Associate property except in the case of hearing, mobility or vision-impaired guests. Please advise at time of booking if this applies.

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)

To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.

Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.

Credit card payments relating to Fun Time, Bonus Time and One Time Credits bookings will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 1.5%, in addition to the amount payable.
