Please note the following:
- If you have finance owing on your Club Wyndham South Pacific ownership, due to the Responsible Lending Guidelines, prior to any change being made, the remaining parties, or new parties, on the ownership will be required to undergo a financial assessment to ensure that the finance agreement is not unsuitable for them, and the finance contract can be changed
- Prior to any documentation being sent by our Change of Ownership Team, you are required to
– complete the Disclosure of Information (DOI), via this website (not required for Remove Owner);
– pay the relevant fee, in full.
